Abstract requirements

Use the template for abstract formatting.

-        RTF or DOC (2003-2010 file).

-        Margins – 2cm; paragraph – 1,25 cm; spacing before and after the paragraph – 0 (zero); line spacing – single; font – Times New Roman size 14.

-        Images, pictures, diagrams, schemes, charts, graphics, tables etc. should be black-white and text wrap. Tables and figures should not be overused.

Presentation requirements

Length of Presentation:

Each pitch should be 3-5 minutes long, followed by a Q&A session with the panel of judges.

Slide Design:

Presentations should consist of 3-5 slides.

Slides should be visually appealing and professionally designed, using relevant visuals, graphs, charts, or images to support your arguments.

Avoid excessive text; focus on key points and clear messaging.

Content Structure:

Introduction: Briefly introduce the topic and its significance.

Problem Statement: Clearly define the challenge or issue you are addressing.

Research and Findings: Present key research findings and insights that support your ideas.

Proposed Solutions/Innovations: Share your innovative solution or approach to the problem.

Impact: Discuss the potential societal, economic, or environmental impact of your solution.

Conclusion: Summarize the main points and emphasize the value of your proposal.

Engagement: Use clear, concise language that engages the audience.

Time Management: Ensure that your presentation stays within the 3-5-minute time frame.
